Career history
January 2009 - March 2011
Held the post of Director of Information Technology within CICA, a Ministry of Justice organisation located in Scotland.
- Created an IT Strategy which placed BPM at the heart of the organisation.
- Upgraded all IT infrastructure, introducing SAN and virtualisation, SharePoint, HP Trim and Kofax TotalAgility BPMS.
- Implemented voice recording technology and upgraded telephony infrastructure.
- Supported business in delivery of a number of processes using Kofax TotalAgility, including a telephone application system, integration with on-line applications and
back office systems, a stand alone compensation scheme, and to facilitate payments to be made by BACS.
- Member of the CICA Board of Directors throughout, laterly taking on responsibility for all infrastructure and acting as SIRO.
February 1998 - October 2008
Various IT posts within Martin Currie Investment Management Ltd, including:
- Held IT management posts for eight years, covering all aspects of IT service and solution design and implementation.
- For two years as IT Support and Operations manager, responsible for service availability, third party suppliers and service desk
- Solutions Delivery manager for two years during which time led all technology aspects of a major back office outsourcing project, and managed the IT team responsible for infrastructure and software projects.
- Acted as technical architect for two years with responsibility for managing selection processes for equity trading and client reporting systems.
- Lead developer on a number of internal projects supporting CRM, client reporting, and equity portfolio construction support systems
Throughout his career, Anthony has been able to bridge the gap between technology and business to deliver value. This approach is core to what Lithe IT delivers.
